Exibitors agree to the rules of the KJZZ Explore Arizona StoryFest & Expo. Friends of Public Radio Arizona (FPRAZ) and KJZZ Staff reserve the right to accept or reject any exhibitor, and to interpret and enforce all rules.
Exhibitors will not be permitted to participate in the KJZZ Explore Arizona StoryFest & Expo without full payment. Should exhibitor display and/or materials fail to arrive, the exhibitor is nevertheless responsible for the rental and payment of its exhibit space.
KJZZ staff reserve the right to alter event layout and booth arrangement to a design that may differ from illustration in marketing literature and to reassign exhibitor’s booth location, if deemed necessary.
Further, if FPRAZ should be prevented from holding the KJZZ Explore Arizona StoryFest & Expo, by a cause beyond its control, the FPRAZ and KJZZ staff reserve the right to alter location and/or dates of the event with reasonable notice provided to exhibitors. FPRAZ have the right to cancel the show with no further liability than a refund of the booth space rental.
FPRAZ and KJZZ staff will not be responsible for the safety of exhibits against fire, robbery, accident, or any other destructive cause, or for any injury that may arise to the public leased area, or to the exhibitors or their employees while on the event grounds.
Exhibitor is liable for any damage they may cause to building floor, walls, ceiling, columns, booth equipment, or other exhibitor’s property. Exhibitor may not apply paint, lacquer, tape adhesives, or other coating to building, floor, walls, ceiling, columns, or booth equipment. Tacking, taping, or nailing signs or banners to any permanent walls are prohibited.
Distribution of any materials by the exhibitor shall be restricted to the exhibitor’s occupied space. Use of any public address system by exhibitor is prohibited, unless cleared by show management. Show management at its discretion may prohibit the conduct or activity that it deems not in the best interest of the KJZZ Explore Arizona StoryFest & Expo.
FPRAZ shall have the right to use exhibitor’s name and/or logos for promotional purposes in conjunction with the KJZZ Explore Arizona StoryFest & Expo.
Installation / Dismantling of Exhibits
Hours and dates for installation, showing, and dismantling of exhibits shall be those specified by the KJZZ staff. Exhibitors shall be liable for all storage and handling charges resulting from failure to remove exhibit material before conclusion of dismantling period. Under no circumstance will exhibitors be allowed to set up or breakdown during the hours of the show.
Includes pipe and draping, one table, two chairs, wastebasket, company identification sign, and listing in the official event program.
Electricity, Internet connection, and phone lines are additional items. Additional items are available from the official decorating company or service provider. Exhibitors are required to keep their booth area and displays neat and orderly.
Exhibits must be constructed and operated in good taste and in accordance with the best interest of the KJZZ Explore Arizona StoryFest & Expo. KJZZ staff may prohibit the installation and operation of any exhibit not meeting its approval.
